This was a great place to stay, great views of the ocean and short walks to bars and restaurants. Nice pool area and the condo was very clean and fully equipped. If we ever get back to Hawaii we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay for our trip. It was clean, welcoming, and the layout was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas, and the condo also had snorkel equipment and boogie boards for use as well. We found that this condo offered everything we needed to make our stay more than comfortable. We enjoyed using the BBQs most evenings, and the pool area was great too. It was lovely to sit on the lanai and listen to the waves, and it also offered a great view of the ocean and evening sunsets.
I would definitely stay at this condo again, and have no hesitations recommending it to people travelling to the Kona area. It was paradise.

We really enjoyed the condo at Kona Reef. The view was amazing, the condo was clean and nicely decorated, and fully equipped including extras like Boogie boards, cooler, BBQ supplies etc.

The owner was very helpful and gave us suggestions for what to visit on the island and also wanted to ensure everything was good at the condo.

Though fold out couches are known for being uncomfortable our boys noted this one was very comfortable.

The office staff were also very helpful and friendly at Kona Reef.

Kona Reef is very convenient because it is close to town yet far enough away that it is quiet. The pool and hot tub was really enjoyable.

We would stay in this unit again.

It had everything I needed and then some. Linens were clean. Kitchen was immaculate. Good ice maker. Washer and dryer in unit. Great view of ocean. Pool area spacious with ample chairs. Grounds were immaculate. Plenty of hot water. Smart TVs. Excellent grilling area shielded from rain and sun. Ample parking. Close to shopping and restaurants in walking distance. WiFi was more than adequate. I hope to come back.
